       Ans:           i.         Lodge via Paper Form

ii.            Lodge via telephone to dial 08373-260266.

iii.          Lodge Complaints Via Online http://www.ranebennurcity.gov.in/grivance-redressal.html

Q. Who will answer Received the Complaints?

      Ans:   3 people in each shift will be working round the clock will receives the Complaints

       Q.   How they can help?

      Ans:  The Helpline staff will listen to your grievance carefully and asks the details of 

                Complaints like location, complainant name, telephone number, email address and

                Helpline staff will give you a complaint number.

  Q.      What next after registering the complaints?

      Ans:   As soon as complaint is registered in Helpline, it will be communication to the

                 Concerned field staff who will immediately responded to the citizens.

     Q.      What type of complaints can be registered at HELPLINE?

Ans:    You can register complaints related to civil amenities like Water Supply, under

            Ground drainage cleaning, Road repairs, pothole filling, Street Lights

            Repair/Installation, Removal of garbage and carcass of stray dogs/pigs can be

            Registered at Helpline.

Q.      Is there any time limit to dial Helpline?

      Ans:  There is no time limit; Helpline is working round-the-clock.

  1. How to know the status of my Complaint?

Ans:  Just call to Helpline number (08373-260266) or visit directly with Receipt number

         Helpline staffs will tell the status of your report. If you registered a complaint through

         Online obviously u get the status of the complaint in your Mail ID.

Q.      How much time it will take to solve my grievance?

Ans:  Depends upon the type of Complaints.  i.e., Minor Complaints will solve earlier. Major

          Complaints may take some time.
